맹물에 물이 끓기 시작하면 넣어서 삶아주세요
3. 전자렌지 돌리기
5~15분 돌린 후 햇볕에 말려주면 더 빨리 건조시킬 수 있습니다.
* 나뭇잎 처럼 스스로 머금고 건조하는 기공을 가지고 있기 때문에
건조되는 간이 필요합니다.
